About Muddy Cannibals
Muddy Cannibals are emaciated, mud-caked cannibals wandering about the Island. They exhibit a neurotic, feral behavior, screaming and laughing maniacally and constantly crawling or running on all fours. They always appear completely naked and never carry any weapon. However, they may inexplicably drop a Skin Pouch upon being killed. Although difficult to visually identify male and female Muddy Cannibals, female are covered in a slightly lighter tone of mud than males.
