Cannibals live in a primitive society organized in "families" (although what defines the composition of a cannibal family remains unclear). They dwell in small Villages dotted around the Island. Cannibals will wear primitive clothing such as loincloths and animal leather rags, but they can also be seen wearing worn off pieces of contemporary clothing, most likely taken from what remained of the human inhabitants of the Island.
